His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, signed an Exchange of Letters on the Provision of a Concessionary Yen Loan by the Japanese Government totaling 17,776 million yen (approximately 119 million US dollars) for the implementation of the Development Project of the New Container Terminal at the Preah Sihanouk Autonomous Port (Credit Package 2).
